We support real-time webhook notifications to keep your systems synchronized with the latest updates from BHN. When subscribed, we will send event-driven callbacks to your designated HTTPS endpoint whenever a relevant change occurs—eliminating the need for polling and enabling faster, more reliable integrations.
Notifications are available for two key areas:
Stay synchronized with the latest product catalog updates. We will sends webhook notifications when product-level attributes are updated—such as product added, product removed, product updated ( Terms & conditions changed etc).
This enables partners to keep their product listings and display content accurate and up to date without manual intervention.
Stay informed on the lifecycle of every order and line item. We will sends webhook notifications when the status of an order or order line changes—covering events from order creation through fulfillment completion, cancellation, or failure.
This enables partners to trigger downstream workflows, update order management systems, and provide real-time status visibility to end users.
